Silicon Ionization Energy

The Silicon Ionization Energy is the energy required to remove from atom one mole of electrons with subsequent production of positively charged ion of Silicon.
Si -> Si+ + e-
This process can be repeated many times, but the energy cost is increased dramatically. The general equation for the Silicon is:
SiN+ -> Si(N+1)+ + e-

Ionization Energy

Si -> Si1+ = 786.5 kJ/mol = 188.16 Kcal/mol
Si1+ -> Si2+ = 1577.1 kJ/mol = 377.30 Kcal/mol
Si2+ -> Si3+ = 3231.4 kJ/mol = 773.06 Kcal/mol
Si3+ -> Si4+ = 4355.5 kJ/mol = 1041.99 Kcal/mol
Si4+ -> Si5+ = 16091 kJ/mol = 3849.52 Kcal/mol
Si5+ -> Si6+ = 19784 kJ/mol = 4733.01 Kcal/mol
Si6+ -> Si7+ = 23786 kJ/mol = 5690.43 Kcal/mol
Si7+ -> Si8+ = 29252 kJ/mol = 6998.09 Kcal/mol
Si8+ -> Si9+ = 33876 kJ/mol = 8104.31 Kcal/mol
Si9+ -> Si10+ = 38732 kJ/mol = 9266.03 Kcal/mol
